Rescheduling and Cancellation
Sometimes things happen and it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment—and that's OK.
· There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
· Notification given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
· In the unlikely event that you are not present for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Communications:
Your therapy session is customized to your needs, please let me know about your goals for the session and possible limitations so I can best serve you..
Appointments
· On the day before our scheduled appointment, I will confirm the day and time and will text you with an ETA when I am on the way.
· I will arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time, which gives me opportunity to set up so we can start on time.
· Please let me know if there are any special instructions about directions and parking.
Children and pets:
I love children and animals, and I am not allergic to pets.
· With dogs, I found that the only reason they bark is because they want to be acknowledged. I always make sure to say hi to the dogs in the house, and they usually calm down and quickly relax along with you! However, if they could be a distraction to your relaxation goals, it may be a good idea to put them in a separate area so you can get the most out of your session.
· If you are a mom with a messy house don’t worry about it. Children can be a distraction so we can plan around nap time or have someone watch children during your massage.
